Construction continues on a brand-new, six-chair ‘dialysis den’ exclusively for residents at Westside Care Center in Manchester. This state-of-the-art addition will allow the care center to provide on-site hemodialysis services to up to 36 residents. The den and dialysis program will create an environment of convenience and integrated care. Some big news was recently shared at Trinity Hill Care Center. iCare Health Network and Trinity Hill are proud to share that the care center has once again earned a Five-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
