On October 14, 2024 the team at Touchpoints at Bloomfield hosted a Community Harvest Fest to celebrate iCare Health Network’s 25th Anniversary. The celebration was named ‘The Big T’ Community Harvest Fest and was a day to remember! Residents, staff, families, and the community came together for delicious food, live music, cardio drumming, a petting zoo, corn maze, pumpkin patch, and more.
