On December 12, 2023 members of the iCare leadership team toured eleven iCare Health Network care centers to experience the Christmas joy on display in their respective lobbies as part of the annual lobby decorating contest.  The care center teams came through as always with music, food, staff and resident involvement, skits and all sorts of decorations and goodies. On behalf of iCare Health Network, our care centers and entire staff, we would like to honor all of our nation’s veteran’s for all that they gave in service of our country.  We celebrate the service of our Veterans with gatherings and group recognitions and celebrate their service and their sacrifice. The team at MissionCare at Holyoke ‘went teal’ this week to show support for and raise awareness of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, especially the residents of the care center.  Light the World in Teal is an annual program held in November as part of Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. People and places around the world “go teal” to raise awareness and show support for the millions of people affected by Alzheimer’s.

Many Halloween and Fall-related events were taking place around the iCare Health Network today and over the past couple of weeks. Residents and staff had a great time celebrating with food, music, decorations and activities.  Check out the photos here! 

At an October 4, 2023 meeting of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) Council of States, iCare Health Network President and CEO Chris Wright was elected Vice Chair of the Board of Governors. The meeting and elections took place at the annual AHCA-NCAL Convention and Expo in Denver, CO and the full, elected slate of the Board was announced at the closing ceremonies.
