“My proudest moment as an Administrator was the Trinity Hill team pulling together to win the 2023 Holiday Lobby Decorating Contest. The residents and staff from all three floors participated and I was amazed by the team work that day and winning the trophy was even better!”

On October 8, 2023, staff and their families from iCare’s Parkville Care Center and Trinity Hill Care Center represented iCare Health Network in celebrating the 2023 Greater Hartford Puerto Rican Day Parade and Festival del Coqui. As they did in 2019 and again in 2022, the iCare team marched in the parade from Wawarme Avenue, ending in Bushnell Park, decked out in matching t-shirts and regalia and accompanied by decorated Jeeps. 

On September 26, 2023, the team at Trinity Hill Care Center celebrated and recognized Sergio Perez for his nearly 35 years of service to the residents of Trinity Hill stretching back into the days where it was known as Hillside Manor.  Sergio joined the team on 1989 and will be missed and remembered as a character and a hard worker.  Trinity Hill Administrator Yong Crandall expressed her appreciation for all of the years of hard work and dedication and presented him with an engraved plaq…
