MERIDEN (August 9, 2019) – On August 5, 2019 Silver Springs Care Center in Meriden celebrated four staff members for their extraordinary longevity with and dedication to the care center and its residents.
- Luz Torres, a certified nurses aide (CNA), has dedicated 39 years to Silver Springs.
- Diane Lucier, from the recreation department, 40 years of enriching resident lives as of this September.
- Judy Lewkewich, a Social Worker, has been a mainstay at Silver Spring for 41 years.
- Pedro Salas, also a CNA, has worked at Silver Springs since 1974; an amazing 45 years of service as of the day of the celebration.
The team presented each with a gift and flowers. Lunch was served. Employee longevity is a great testament to a quality workplace and a commitment to the teamwork needed to serve every day.
